Swedish Massage
The Swedish body massage is the combination of many different techniques rolled into one session. During this therapy session the therapist will use long gliding strokes to work with the soft tissues and muscles in the body to help restore balance and health. These flowing movements warm up the muscle tissue, releasing tension and gradually breaking up muscle "knots" or adhered tissues, called adhesions.
Swedish Massage is exceptionally beneficial for increasing circulation and the level of oxygen in the blood, decreasing muscle toxins, pain relief, and relaxation.
I will tailor your session to work on your specific goals and needs.
Reiki Treatment
Reiki can be defined as a non-physical healing energy made up of life force energy that is guided by Higher Intelligence, or spiritually guided life force energy.
Rei is interpreted to mean Higher consciousness or intelligence.
Ki is translated as life-force. It is also called the vital energy or universal life force.
Reiki is a laying-on of hands healing technique. Reiki energy flows where it is needed in the client, and creating healing conditions necessary for the client's needs. Reiki is a completely non-invasive, benign healing technique that only requires a positive intention and present mind.

About Me
Kristin Allen, LMT. MA# 90127
I attended school at Remington College in Honolulu, Hawaii for Massage Therapy. I received my Massage Therapy license in 2011, and did massage full-time in Hawaii for 8 years. When I moved to St. Augustine I opened my business in January of 2019. I still continue to take massage therapy classes to keep up to date with education, and new ways to help people. As a Massage Therapist, I enjoy being able to bridge the gap between western medicine and the “alternatives,” while providing a safe and nurturing atmosphere in which to heal.
My goal as a Massage Therapist is to provide the highest quality massage, a caring and compassionate heart, a sympathetic ear, and a strong desire to help everyone I meet.
